Tutoring sessions
We provide tutoring for students from 6th to 10th grade, covering a range of topics from basic arithmetic to calculus as of now.
Getting started is easy! Simply contact us via email at support@letzthink.com, or through our online inquiry form to discuss your needs and schedule a counselling session for free.
We currently offer online tutoring sessions to accommodate different needs and preferences. Our online sessions are conducted through a secure video conferencing platform with interactive tools through zoom.
Each tutoring session typically lasts one hour, but we can adjust the duration and pricings based on the student’s needs and preferences.
We generally charge 15-20$ per hour for the initial few sessions. Later based on the students requirements and enthusiasm you can negotiate with your expert tutor regarding the pricing of the future sessions. We are very flexible with our pricing.
Yes, we offer various packages and discounts for multiple sessions or long-term commitments. Please contact us to learn more about our current offers.
Progress and Feedback
We track progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback from the student and parents. Detailed progress reports are provided periodically to ensure transparency and to adjust learning plans as needed.
Our goal is to help every student improve. If progress isn’t being made, we will reassess the approach, adjust the tutoring methods, and provide additional resources to support the student’s learning.
Parents receive regular updates and progress reports from the tutor. We also encourage open communication between parents and tutors to discuss any concerns or adjustments needed.
We encourage the student to take sessions regularly atleast 2-3 times a week and we canexpect to some little change coming after few weeks and significant difference can be seen after a couple of months of consistent effort from both ends.
Scheduling and Payment
Currently we can accept payment through Paypal we are working on more flexible payment methods to ease the payment processing step for both of us.
Our goal is to help every student improve. If progress isn’t being made, we will reassess the approach, adjust the tutoring methods, and provide additional resources to support the student’s learning.
For the initial first session you can pay after the session ends. For the future session payments you can talk to your expert tutor assigned to you and make payments accordingly. We understand that when opting for some new service we generally get skeptical about the value provided so we are ready to take a chance and allow you to have an experience first and then accept the payment. So there is no risk on your end.
We can accept the reschedule or cancellation of a session upto 24 hours before the scheduled time. In some cases even if the time left for the scheduled session is less than 24hrs if your expert tutor assigned gets convinced from your reason for cancellation and if he/she is okay with it we can still allow to reschedule the session.
